That is, treating the Horizon like a dream he can bring stuff out of, the same way he does with his regular dreams, but now it can be a bit of a collaborative effort because he can take something someone else gives him in the Horizon and turn it into something real. Mostly because I'd like dreaming to be something I can thread out with other people instead of Ronan doing it alone all the time. He'd suffer the same consequences as usual after manifesting something (temporary paralysis after he "wakes" with the object). If this isn't cool, I can come up with a different gain!
