Once Phoenix finds out that Sam is supervising a mining group (and the one with Kay, no less), he'll try to take him aside and ask him to please keep an eye on Kay. Because he's a worried dad because she's his client and she's a minor and he wants to know that a responsible adult will have her safety in mind.
