As for the maps, when I was here there was a library in one room. It doesn't have much but it does have a very comprehensive map with cities, towns, geographical notations, pretty much anything else you could want. Everything here is geared towards the military but if you make the trip into Cadens there's several libraries there with lots more information to go through.
