"I guess you were the baby of the family." Number five of five, at least that's Daeshim's assumption. It makes him wonder if he has any siblings - or half-siblings, as his parents surely wouldn't make the same mistake twice. It's a momentary distraction. Food is certainly more important.

"Mm! The people are very generous here. I'm sure they will share a meal with us." Daeshim stands up, not bothering to brush the dirt from himself. "I am Daeshim of the Ruinwood. I don't eat people of any kind either."

So even if they have to split one between them, it shouldn't be a problem.
