Chrissy startles, gazing up at the other woman with wide eyes. She doesn't quite half-scramble back across the bed like a startled deer, but it's a near thing. It's fine. She's fine. (She's not fine.) She hasn't had a headache, or a nosebleed since arriving. Hasn't hallucinated. She's fine.
But it doesn't stop her from being skittish. She manages a little, friendly smile, though. Once she settles down a little. "Yeah." She swallows, fiddling with the hem of her tunic. "I'm Chrissy. Did they pull you out of the pool, too? Is that how everyone arrives?" She hopes it wasn't just her. That... would be kinda creepy.
