"They better," she says, giving him a long and curious look. So many here seem so eager to throw themselves into this and she's really not sure she's on that list. Not yet. And they're discussing the main reason why. "Seems like a bad choice to screw with people like that while hoping for their help. I'm really not feeling it yet though."

Not that she's seeing them having a lot of choices in it yet. But it's easier to talk of it this way rather than the way being powerless makes her feel. Maybe she hasn't used them as much as she could but they were hers and she is just coming into the totality of her abilities and she isn't ready to be without them.

That though catches her curiosity, even if he gets a skeptical look. "Seems unlikely it's a two way door though, don't you think? Seems a lot of trouble to bring us here to give us an easy connecting to home. Though, in fairness, it's what I would tell people too. Keep their hopes up and all."
