While criminals of the typical variety do exist, they are subject to Nocwich's laws and are dealt with accordingly. There will not be anything found that goes beyond that. Anyone who goes digging will learn that their major conflicts are with each other (between Ikorr and Luna,) and with the Feywilds, but the human factions in Abraxas exist peacefully with Nocwich.
