Characters can try but they may not like or understand what is said back to them. Unintelligible whispers or screams that sound like a distant wind.

There may be specific rituals to commune properly with these gods but what those are isn't clear. Characters in Thorne and the Free Cities will find information on the old gods in the forms of folklore or texts depicting old and outdated beliefs. They have not been taken seriously by residents of these factions for some time.
