The design's depiction includes an eye, a bird skull, and a hemlock flower. These can potentially be read as related symbols of the Heralds or they may just be motifs common to Solvunn's traditions. Variations of these symbols would've been found in Nocwich among the werewolves - some of the original settlers of Solvunn - as well as in many of Solvunn's other charms, shrines, and carvings. As a result, it'll be difficult to determine one way or another at this time... though regardless the charms are worth keeping.
