Jayce already planned on hugging her, this definitely seems like a reasonable time to do so, so he closes her into his arms firmly. The older Caitlyn got the more she thwacked at him when he tried to snuggle her like when she was a child, but some times really call for it. He feels so much better once she's concrete, real within his grasp, but he does pull away after their initial embrace.
