Ah well, not all questions could be fun questions. But in the grand scheme of things, it was a question that made a lot of sense for someone who was probably newly arrived. Unfortunately, Hilda had really only been half listening when Claude had gone on a tangent to explain the particular why's and what's of the new world they were suddenly in.
The last thing Hilda wants to do is let someone down and now that she's really concentrating on it, apparently Claude's nattering had seeped into her brain more than she thought it had. "They only recently opened this part of Nocwich up to us. Apparently it wasn't like that for months so the Summoned here didn't have as much freedom to visit other places physically. It's meant to be a neutral territory, so I suspect it has something to do with that too."
And then, realizing where they are, she shifts a little closer towards Hornet in the hopes that her voice won't carry as far to the ears of the others who may be listening to them. "Being Summoned also means they probably don't want us getting any ideas about relocating here or liking it too much. It sounds like more trouble than the locals here want."
