shit. hold him back??? i plan on mine ascending slowly and i am v open for him to snap at some point with fangs out. he'd be grateful to steve since he v much does not want to hurt anyone despite them being total strangers. he'd rather hurt himself than those he sees are innocent in this captive. permission granted to brawl him so he does not hurt someone if it comes down to it. i'm sure if it's in a burst of limited power moment, a super solider can hold back a vampire.
