actually this could be the best possible thing for their CR. if he actually listens to her and lets himself be calmed and influenced by her, that's FAR more valuable to her than never losing one's cool at all. (though conversely if he isn't calmed and influenced by her that will be a pretty big negative to her trust levels.)
