To prevent all of the birds from being out of commission entirely, they'll give Jayce a few birds at a time. Some may be in need of some minor repairs, as well, that Jayce can fix while he improves them.

Jayce can gradually improve them in batches. By the end of Week 2, he will be able to extend the flight time of the birds to 3 hours. If he wishes to improve them even further, you can submit a second proposal in Part 2.
