Conversation between the Acolytes is minimal, though this may be eerie in and of itself. It's possible they are just quiet or they don't need to communicate verbally.

The stone will pick up the sounds of a body being dragged or carried, then what appears to be water or ocean waves. Shortly after that, it will give a loud squeal, followed by an endless haunting shriek as though the void itself is screaming.
