Viktor has determined, via implanted trackers sent with Ciri and Blake, that the taken Summoned are being held somewhere to the north of Cadens. The signal is weak and intermittent but he's hoping that those conducting tracking investigations in other places will share their information with him so that he can better triangulate the location of the captives.
