Restoring the shrine will also restore the snake's health. Its scales will regrow as well as the flower that blooms around its head. Jerry, Eddie, and Himeka may find that in the future, the snake returns or makes an appearance when they visit the shrine. It is friendly and happy to see them.

Himeka has discovered a unique interaction between the mushrooms and the rotted wood that they may find useful for Part 2 pertaining to either Josselyn's home or the cure depending on where they would like to put their focus.
