Hi! Given the strong presence of the Horizon, how would Julie's unique connection be affected? She does have a past history of being able to sense people in her own domain, and Steven is technically linked to the entirety of the Horizon (knows people's names, etc.) as well as to Julie specifically. And she has spent pretty much all of the last two weeks being extremely close with the Singularity, or else being exhausted from doing so, if that changes anything.
