Bucky has a good ear for Eastern Bloc accents, locating the source of gunfire, Glenn Miller songs (shut up, that man is a war hero), and virtually nothing else. Hers is still a little hard for him to parse. "Your accent. Is that-- Serbian? Sokovian?" Transian, maybe. He could always spot a Romanian, but since the Yugoslav wars, the rest of the Balkans were tricky. Particularly since he wasn't active after the wall fell in '89.
In his experience, Russians outside of Russia were extremely suspicious of other people who spoke Russian, so he wasn't sure how she'd respond to being clocked. If, that is, he'd managed to clock her. If she was Bosnian, he might get decked.
