"So they have a world of vampires," he says, almost whispering that last word. "And they're still kidnapping them? Yeah that seems... nuts" He rolls his eyes, shaking his head at that because it doesn't make any sense to him. "NOt being a vampire. Just the whole kidnapping more thing."

But now she's made some openings and he can't help but to be curious. "How are they different? If it's not rude to ask. More about them than being nosy about you," he admits. Because, in the end, he really would love to get a clue what's going on here.

"Are they... nurtritious? Normal foods, or is it more for the taste?"
