Long story short I work as a medium between a magical forest and a super technologically advanced school/research center/secret society. I am the forest medium and my friend Andrew is the Court medium.

I don't think anyone will be kicked out, but more like...gently pressured to leave the barracks if they don't get on with the program. Or maybe not so gently. Ultimately I don't plan to stay, so it doesn't bother me if they give me attitude.
