Claire's giving orders as the makeshift triage space is being disassmbled—not in a harsh way, but patiently and with a small, exhausted smile. She's made sure everything that needs to go back with her to Solvunn is packed away, eager to get back and check on those she's tended to and left to be here.
Medical bag (courtesy of Nadine) across her body, she begins walking only to stop short at a familiar face. Their first and only meeting had filled Claire with more questions than answers, and then she'd killed Gellis and now presumes she died in a hurricane. There have been things occupying her mind that don't include this man's feeling for her husband.
But still, he's someone she recognizes from home, and the first sign that there's hope she could see Jamie again one day. In nothing more than her simple Solvunn clothes (so similar to what she'd be wearing at Lallybroch), she tries to smooth the wild curls escaping from under her head scarf. Once she's satisfied, Claire approaches him warily, unsure if he'll know her or not.
