Assuming Lucifer is responsible for the act, he would technically be charged. Unfortunately, decorative glassware around Hayle is rare and expensive. Since he is one of the Summoned, however, Castle Thorne will cover the expenses for him. In return, Lucifer will be required to do a version of community service around the castle to pay off the "debt."

This may include reading to children in the library on weekends, helping the gardeners trim and weed the flowers, and taking inventory of potion ingredients.

His debt can be considered complete after a month or so, though you can extend the time if you prefer.
