Where the path leads might change a lot (even as he's walking on it) but she can definitely guarantee one path that leads from his house to outside her forest! He can even be a people for it! Probably it'd have to be bargained for, though, because of the nature of Changeling magic. It won't occur to her not to make it a deal of some kind.
