Bay will smile at him repeating the one sign she used, it's nice seeing him try. Although- now she's stepped in it, having to explain all of her past week.

Bay sighs, letting her eyes close briefly because explaining this wasn't easy before it got weirder this week. "When I was born, I was sent home with another family who also gave birth to a girl the same night. We found out about it a few years ago. That's my sister, Daphne."

Sister being the best term for a girl who shares the same parents as you. Just, in their case it's four parents instead of two. Which- was normal for her in its own weird way. "This week, due to a holiday, we were lamenting how maybe our lives would be easier if that never happened. And I woke up... this. A world where she and I never got switched, we never met. And we were trying to fix it, figure out how to return things to normal and- now I'm here."

She sounds very tired, just- she needed to tell someone about this because if she kept it to herself she might explode. But she didn't really intend to talk about it. "I guess we just broke the universe by accident. Somehow."
