Portam Hall has reviewed the Conclave's proposal. The Free Cities government agrees that it is important to investigate the remains of the site and the sunken island. However, due to the involvement of multiple factions in the incident, they'll require some time to determine if they can do so and how to safely approach the area. They will return to the Conclave with the details once they have them.

Portam Hall also suggests that if the Conclaves of Solvunn and Thorne demonstrate that they have a similar interest and formally submit proposals of their own in the future, it may be easier to arrange the investigation.
