In addition, traits can be associated with Crests. There are also artefacts and weapons that can only be wielded by those with a Crest, and said objects have life force associated with them."

The last time I felt awake was when I was 7. The Crest of Cethleann is associated with sleep difficulties, though the kind and severity vary."
Linhardt also wanted to leave because he was literally tired. All the time. Falling asleep on battlefields was not normal.
