If someone forced her to tell the truth, Adora might say that she was too afraid to stop long enough and have any conversations at all. She knows Catra, and she knows that tough conversations have never been her specialty. To be honest, they've never really been Adora's strong suit either. But now, here, together, they have a chance. Hopefully, if this star's war, or whatever it is, doesn't get in the way.
Rolling her eyes, Adora smirks. "No way. I pulled off the mattress and the thing underneath was much better."
That would be the equivalent of a box spring, but the Horde didn't splurge on comfort, and she'd never let herself get used to the weirdly soft beds of Bright Moon's castle. "C'mon, we can go take a walk and get real food. Then I'll show you our room." Lacing their fingers together, she lets her orb float. "Let someone else find the weird animals." She wouldn't say it if she thought it was life or death, but it obviously isn't, so she feels good about it.
