As for Benedikta, Cid can't say he's even upset she's in this place. In fact in a small way he's more than okay with it. The way things had ended back home had been awful all around and despite allegiances and majorly differing opinions, Cid knows that ultimately Benedikta deserved better. Perhaps this place could do it for her, far away from Waloed and Barnabas's influence.)
