sleepfan: (Surprise)

That is a very Petra thing to focus on. Very practical.

[And while in the Academy Linhardt would have turned his nose up at this practicality, he more and more appreciates it. Petra knows what she wants and needs. She is accepting of herself and takes action to do what she needs without much pontificating. She is self-assured and can take care of herself. Linhardt doesn't need to worry about Petra.]

This situation only raises more questions, but I will need to investigate a number of other matters before we can address them. As of now, I do not know enough about the situation.

Modern in what way? You gave yourself away there, you know.

[It is as mild as any of Linhardt's other statements, and he continues on without explaining.]

I think the important thing to take from this is that we not make assumptions about what happened in each other's Fodlans after we started at Garreg Mach. Additionally, we should all compare our timelines. We need to see what is different and what is not - did the Professor's decision alter everything or do some events happen regardless?

However, our histories before we go to the Academy should match, because our timelines are all parented by the timeline where Professor Byleth assisted you, Edelgard, and Dimitri and where Rhea acted to take her - or him - into the school.

[There are further possibilities. It's possible the Summoned are mostly from the same planet. It's possible that planet is Abraxas. Linhardt's hand twitches under the water and the healer sighs.]

I am displeased I am unclothed right now.

[It means he does not have anything to write with or on.]

It was very rude to engage me in stimulating conversation somewhere I do not have a quill at hand.
