Regarding your gain request, Urianger is not eligible to receive one. October has no event gain and he has already claimed his Horizon gain. Please note that events offering a gain as a participation reward will have an announcement in the OOC Plotting Post and a reminder to claim it in the subsequent Activity Check Notes. If there is no announcement or reminder, then an event gain is not available.
