Link almost interjects that actually, it isn't likely he would remember - he doesn't remember very much at all, in fact - but stops himself just short. That is a very long story for someone who didn't want or need to hear it, and Link isn't sure yet where this man falls on the scale of wanting or needing to know.
He has the sense from Nero's sigh that the man must be holding something back, too, but doesn't question it. Not yet.
"I'm Link," he answers, easily enough... and then doesn't volunteer any further information, instead taking an assessing look around the room. He was hoping he would find something useful here - a weapon, extra clothing, perhaps even a map - as he had upon waking in Hyrule. No luck. Maybe elsewhere? He looks back to Nero, as if just remembering that the man is still right there.
