Link feels there's been a change in the atmosphere when Nero's smile fades, but he doesn't understand what brought it on. But then again, when he imagines the havoc that something like Urbosa's powerful lightning strikes would cause in a crowded town square as opposed to the open desert, maybe Link can cobble together an idea of where the other man might be coming from.

It makes sense. Many people would be afraid, even though their hosts claimed to know what they were capable of and seemed eager to recruit them for whatever war or battle or - whatever - that they had all been summoned here for. That did not necessarily mean those mages trusted them just yet.

"Maybe you're right," Link concedes, folding his arms over his chest with a small, thoughtful frown. He wishes to tap back into his abilities as soon as possible for very personal reasons, but he doesn't have to use them. "I managed without them for a long time. It won't be a problem."
