He laughs. It's a harsh sound. More than anything, he sounds like someone who doesn't feel they have much to lose. He spent a long time worrying about what the book might say about him, about his crimes or his past as a killer. Now, though? The worthlessness of it all is begging to show itself.

It was one man's opinions, causing this - and he's already been wrong, by his own admission, several times.

"I aided in the assassination of an Archbishop," he drawls, like it's just a fun little anecdote. "He, too, would have liked to make himself a god. Does that answer please you?"
