The elves do their best to stay out of all wars; they don't initiate shit with anyone. It's the whole 95% being pacifist racist bastards. Even if the 5% decided to start some campaign, the elves wouldn't call it a war. They'd treat it as something not connected to them. Certainly, a person can have a one-person war -- in One and his case, it's more like a two-person war -- but that's different.
