Thorne wants to harness its power, the Free Cities want to destroy it, Solvunn wants to leave it alone. Assuming the Singularity isn't a harmful entity, I suppose Solvunn has it right. But if they're wrong, then the Free Cities have it right. Wielding its power without fully understanding it seems the most harmful option, so I'd be more skeptical of Thorne at the moment.
