hello lovely mods!! i'm curious about how the natives are responding to presence of the weird storm and weather changes, especially since it seems to be centered around the singularity. can we get a sense of if the NPCs are afraid/panicking/etc, or are they mostly just bothered by the damages? does it seem like something like this has happened before? would there be any rumors or theories spreading around? i'm wondering if there's anything interesting river can pick up on just from listening or reading the general vibe around thorne. thank you!!
