He's more than aware of his own constitution, and despite the fact that he's been making some perhaps inadvisable travel between Cadens and Aquila and the Farhill mining camp, he does have the sense to stay inside when the weather is actively terrible. Can't say the same for this poor guy, who he's watching though a shuttered window.
It takes him a moment to realize that there are other people involved, and the man who he thought was foolish enough to get caught in the storm is actually trying to find shelter for the other two. That changes things, sightly. Viktor outfits himself with goggles and respirator of his own, then pushes the front door open as best he can, bracing it with his shoulder and leaning out into the street.]
