The more he studies the guy as he speaks, the more Percy is starting to wonder at whether it's not just the accent that has a kind of old-timey, Mary Poppins-y vintage vibe. He makes London sound like some kind of New World, and there's no way (in his very, very biased opinion) that New York is lacking in stuff to do. Sometimes Percy wonders what it might be like for New York to take a day off, maybe sleep in, maybe keep the angry Titans and their ilk home for bit. But things not happening? It's hard to believe. ]
