The thing about the Free Cities -- especially when new people are arriving -- is that people just sort of. Talk to you. Even without a conversation being properly initiated. That's very new to Koby, who's accustomed to being invisible, to some extent. But it's not a bad thing, just...something new to get used to. Sometimes it's actually quite nice, meeting new people.
