Zagreus eyes widen, just a fraction in surprise. "I am! I'm impressed you know of me. Most mortals haven't heard of me - I'm not exactly the most well known of gods."

It comes partly from not really being able to leave the Underworld...and partly for the fact that Zagreus is rather confident that for most of his life, anyone who did know of him did not talk about him to anyone from the Surface. When his Father didn't want anyone to know of his son's existence, the residents of the Underworld obeyed.

"And what might I call you, miss...?" he says. Because she hasn't told him her name, and at this point it would be rather rude of him not to know.
