[Some of the gods hadn’t resonated at all with Teddy; others had, but not in a way they feel very qualified, or in some cases knowledgable enough about the situation, to offer something to. In the end it’s Vimorskas that calls to them: they’re passionate about ecology, and the idea of keeping the land safe seems relevant enough when it’s covered in what seem to be extremely unusual — for here, as well - tornadoes.
Teddy finds themself oddly proud of their little collection as they head back from the very edges of the woods; just in time to see the young man murmuring over his own bundle in a way that feels much more appropriately ritual than anything they’d thought of. They’re a little transfixed, but shake out of it when he looks up. Apologetic:]
