Iggy nods, visibly relaxing. "Really! And yeah, it's a lot. It's why I was home schooled, so I could help out." The nature of Iggy's help was perhaps a little weirder than he's letting on.
"You know I've only read that one story, about the ghost dog or whatever? And I don't think he has his middle name on much, I think my folks just have a weird sense of humour. My mom was really pushing for Ivan, actually, which I think might have been worse."
At the explanation Iggy nods. "Like... Barbarous words, sure. I just can't imagine it being very useful. Personally. But I'm biased."
His eyes go wide. "I can't understand that," he says. "Like, I get that God has a plan but in my experience it's very rarely to do with how your dumb ass dies."
Iggy smiles and nods. "Yeah, same. I've never seen an angel, but I feel like if I did I'd shit myself."
His smile turns into a nervous thing again and he looks down at his hands. "Uhm. I mean. Mediumship is an integral part of Spiritualism..." Duh. Teddy knows that. Iggy glances up, then down once more.
"I'm sorta. Like. Uhm. You ever see The Sixth Sense?"
