But after a moment there's a hint of a glimmer of something (definitely not a laugh though because why would he ever do something like that?) in his dark eyes before he holds up his hands - and the book - in surrender. ]

They'll hope you side with them. Use whatever abilities you have and put them to good use here. They've been in conflict with the other two nations for some time now and it has to do with the Singularity.

[ It would be just his luck coming from a galaxy at war straight into another on the brink of it. As if he can sense her displeasure about being kept here that long he offers her an understanding glance. But there's also no point in trying to hide what will eventually come out one way or another if she speaks to other Summoned. ]
