A Magician, for example, would be an expert in a singular field, and not just in magic. A High Priestess, on the other hand, is known for multidisciplinary knowledge. Not all Arcana are necessarily related to work, or can be substituted for an actual resume, but most of the locals take the concept seriously enough that it's worth considering. Even here, there's a few basic texts on the subject available in some bookstores, but if you want my recommendation, the Academies' libraries are better if you don't mind the paperwork.
