Endrborrin, due to her long age, believes that what is happening is inevitable. She does not consider the arrival of the Heralds of War to be wrong or right, but simply something that is, like a winter that comes before spring. However, as the Guardian of Renewal, Endrborrin is reluctant to engage with any death or decay. She believes her role is to arrive afterwards and bring growth.

She says that, like her, Julia might feel the same way and could choose to help by providing renewal once the winter - the Heralds - has passed.
