Everyone is being more or less left to do as they please, but there is definitely an air of being more heavily observed, and some characters may find that guards stop them if they attempt to wander too far from the castle, eg no more trips to the black market, etc.

From an ooc standpoint, right now, we're just letting everyone breathe a little bit before we add any more information or events, so there's nothing strict about what they should or should not be doing.
