Look, when you show up in what's clearly trending toward fall, in a spooky old castle, and you hear you're making some kind of doll? They've seen enough movies to know where this goes! Maybe. In theory.
But Hermes has seated themselves on the floor with a pile of supplies, and is diligently trying to copy the examples available. Complete with the incantation. Which is giving them a lot of pause. So, if there's another Summoned nearby, they will absolutely look over and whisper, like this is a classroom:
"Can you read this...?"
NORWICH GENERAL: Hermes can pretty much be encountered just about anywhere, here. Their eyes are wide, and they're exploring everywhere. Granted, they have no money - that's nothing new to them. But this place is so cool. They're mostly attracted to the market stalls, drifting around the various booths.
And inevitably appearing next to another Summoned, brightly commenting: "Hey! This is awesome, right? What are you getting?"
They mean well. They're an extrovert. We're sorry.
EXIT: "Oh, nah, it's okay. I got it."
Is what they say, when confronted with an offer to portal them back. They even shoot the individual a set of fingerguns. Because of course they do. That's all they say, before stepping over to some poor soul's door, and reaching out. Their hand touches wood, and the doorway lights up with a warm, golden glow. Hermes waves, cheerfully.
And then walks right into the glowing door. Only to collide face-first with the very solid wood behind the glow.
... Congratulations, Hermes, you have discovered power nerfing.
