[Alucard's frozen in mid step, just a few inches from the exit. What happens next all goes down within a flash, because he will not be detained and stay there like some other human. Sypha's ice is strong, yes, but there's a flash of bats where the dhampir once stood. All at once, he's beside the patch of ice, and what remains in the desert oasis are molds of his feet.

He was angry before. Now there's real fury, no longer simmering under the surface but boiling over. Things that have been sat on for months. That he told others in calmer voices because he had time and perspective, and none of the people involved were around. Hector didn't count, he was on the other side of the whole thing.

The ice remains as the anger builds momentum.]

You left. He left. You never came back. Never sent word, never communicated, never even did the the service of suggesting you might not want to have returned, which I could understand. So murderers arrived on my doorstep instead, wanting my head for this reason or that, often thinking me to be the source of all ills. Their corpses line the way to the front doors now.

[The next part is pointed. Alucard doesn't care.] The castle moved for a reason.

[She was summoned here, wasn't she? Alucard knows that imprisonment wasn't Sypha's fault, that is impossible, so he leaves it off. That part is only the icing on top of the shit cake.]

That prophecy said nothing of remaining associated with each other after my father's death. I intend to keep it that way, just as I intend to do what I wanted when he died.

[Slam the coffin lid shut. Stay there. Let everyone involved in the matter die and wake up in a new world.]
