"Watch," she announces to anyone nearby, "as I make this apple levitate!" And she does, by very carefully balancing the apple on a gust of wind from the palm of her hand. As far as parlor tricks go, it's not that impressive, but without her props and only the most rudimentary knowledge of magic here, it'll have to do. But oh, is she already thinking of bigger and better ways to use this sort of thing in her shows...

In spite of the warnings, she sneaks into the dungeon, spurred on by curiosity and a possibly unhealthy lack of fear of criminals. With all the vague answers being thrown around, she knows there's more going on in this place than what they've been told; maybe someone down here can actually tell her something useful!
"Hello?" she calls, peering into the first few cells. "Any major threats to the world in here?"
